You can add a new customer by navigating to the "Customers" page and clicking the "+ Add Customer" button. This will open a form where you can input all the necessary details, including contacts and addresses.
Yes! On the "Contacts" page, you'll find an "Import" button. You can download the CSV template, fill it with your contact information, and upload it to bulk-import contacts for existing customers.
These are final statuses for a sales funnel. "Won" indicates that the deal was successfully closed, and the data will appear on the "Won" page. "Lost" means the deal did not go through, and it will be moved to the "Lost" page for analysis.
You can change your password by going to the "Settings" page, which is accessible from the user menu in the top-right corner. In your profile settings, you will find a dedicated "Change Password" section.
